Yes, you can leave any fabric-based items in the drawers. However, please remove items such as jewelry, perfume bottles, or anything fragile that could shift during transit.
This excludes any delays due to heavy traffic, accidents, or other unforeseen events beyond your control.
We accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
We can move the components of a pool table if you arrange for a pool table company to disassemble it before the move.
Yes, we can disassemble weight equipment and transport it. However, our team is unable to reassemble it at the new location.
We can disconnect washers and electric dryers, but we are unable to hook them back up at the new location.
Yes, we can move safes weighing under 500 pounds. Typically we can remove the door, thereby lowering the weight of each piece.
While tipping is always appreciated, it’s never expected. You can include a tip when paying by credit card or check or tip cash directly to the crew.
